It's Spring time and the weather is getting warmer. All the animals are happy to be ouside in the sun. Zig zag snake is afraid of spiders, especially ones with nine legs.
Most paintings take a long time to complete, with much trial and error. There was a partial painting underneath this one that never went anywhere. This painting came together quickly in a single improvisational session.
Under the paint is the following poem:
Writing In Fragment Down The Page
Take a piece of paper.
And follow it.
What have you written?
Searching for an entry.
The sound of birds.
So much talking.
Stories are the collection of stories,
With a beginning, middle and end.
He awoke with a mind,
From the left side of right.
The two-headed god?
Ideas ask questions.
It's possible, but none the less.
That's not weird, it's just interesting.
An observer of his own life.
Leading to the climactic line.
It is finished, isn't it?
Yes.
You can see a small fragment of the poem (underlined words in newspaper text) to the left of the red house. It has nothing to do with the painting, and that's fine with me.
