I like the crazy NY weather where it's hot and sunny for days at a time, then the next day it's rain, thunder and lightning. This was my first painting completed after moving to NY. There was a thunder & lightning storm in August that brought an F2 tornado to Brooklyn. The storm passed, and the next day it was cheery and sunny again.
